Ed Downs students deliver breakfast and cards

On Sunday, September 11, Ed Downs Elementary demonstrated their appreciation, respect, and honor for all emergency first responders by delivering breakfast and cards made by Ed Downs students to San Benito heroes.

Principal Nedia Espinoza, Dean of Instruction Marta Martinez, Fine Arts Teacher Leslie Whittemore, and Counselor Priscilla Guajardo along with their young helper, Aedyn Creel (Whittemore’s grandson) made the special early morning deliveries to the local heroes at the San Benito Fire Department stations #1 and #2 and the San Benito Police Department.
